Although we donít assume any risk in uninsured Shipments, but still we advise our customers to opt for Insured Shipping for extra safety.
Under Customer's Own Courier Account
International Customers may choose to Freight Collect or advise us to ship the goods via other couriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT etc. along with their Account No. with that courier company.
If International Shipment attracts any import duty or VAT or any other taxes in destination country, then these costs are payable by the customer.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, however in any circumstance if you wish to return the item you have purchased you may do so within 15 days. Just follow our simple and hassle free return process
EMAIL US AND GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
Send an email to us at email@example.com and inform us about the product you wish to return along with the item code, order number with reasons for returns. We will provide you with return Authorization number. Please write this number on to your return package and post it to provided address.
RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
Upon receipt of the package, please allow us couple days to inspect the merchandise. After approval, we will refund the amount by a payment method equivalent to the method used at the time of purchase or offer a Store Credit.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS OF RETURN SHIPMENTS
All return shipments must be received by us within 15 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to be eligible for a refund. All item(s) must be returned in original condition with original documents like invoice, tags, etc. Special Orders and Custom made items are not eligible for refund. Silver Vibes is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments in transit.
